School of Law of Injibara University was first opened in August 2019 at department level, and subsequently developed into a full-fledged School in July 2021. Within the context of the broader objectives of the University, the school has continued to deliver quality education, undertake research and provide community services.
Currently, in the field of law, the School is teaching students in Bachelor of Law (LL.B) program. Because of the ever increasing demand for qualified legal professionals with high level of training, the School will start to expand its horizon of training into Continuing Education in LL.B and Master of Law (LL.M) programs in the near future. In addition to the teaching and research activities, the School delivers community services through the Free Legal Aid Center. The School aspires to be one of the five best Law Schools in Ethiopia by 2030.
